Initially simple in appearance each MetaStone actually contains an easily understandable but intricate visual key to its own rarity.
Become an expert in this rarity simply by exploring the four known fabrics of the MetaStones shown below.
Color
Every MetaStones color combination is totally unique.  Each one consists of four elements; two dots and two swirls (including auspicious clouds).  Each of these can be one of 12 different colors (12 being the ancient number of the Yin Yang ).  This means that you can clearly see how rare a stone is just by looking at it.
The more of one color there is the rarer the MetaStone is.

If a Stone only has five symbols showing it is less rare, four symbols even less so, down to the most common showing no additional symbols.

Force
The eight symbols of the DAO (Bagua) that appear on the side of each MetaStone represent the different forces of existence.
Every MetaStone carries the symbols of Heaven and Earth.  The amount of the other six symbols they carry denotes another aspect of their rarity.
A MetaStones symbols can change postively or negatively over time depending on how they are used.

Matter
The matter state or reflectiveness of each MetaStone also denotes its rarity.  The more reflective a MetaStone is the rarer it is.
There are three different states of reflectiveness; Awakening, Luminous and Transcendent..
There are three aspects of each stone that can be one of these three states; The two dots, the two swirls and the two sets of auspicious clouds on each swirl.
The reflectiveness of each part of a MetaStone can be changed positively and negatively over time depending on how the MetaStone is used.

THE FABRIC OF
Time
Each MetaStone is bound to a specific moment in time.  Every day since 1st June 1992 up to the current day has a single Stone associated with it.  A new MetaStone will also appear every day beyond that for the next 26 years.

The first holder of each MetaStone sets that date of that MetaStone.  Once the date is set the MetaStone true form is then revealed.
What will your MetaStone be like? What date will it embody? How rare will it be and become?
